- Minimum of Master’s degree in IT related fields
- Desire to work/stay in Nepal
- Good communication skills with fast typing speed
- At least 1 year experience in Information Technology field
Responsibilities
- Respond to advanced queries received via support ticket including debugging specific website error encountered by the user to suggest actions in relation to it (proficiency in at least one of the programming languages)
- Advanced knowledge of cPanel, domain name and hosting structure and how things work
- Ability to handle incoming phone calls to communicate clearly with the user
- Ability to create video tutorial for specific topic with the use of screen recorder
- Assist with live chat requests on brand website as required (ensuring response time is within 30 seconds between messages on average after training period)
- Ability to perform all actions that L1 support could if called upon
Opening for
- Time Block 1: 7 AM to 3PM
- Time Block 2: 3 PM to 11 PM
- Time Block 3: 11 PM to 7 AM
