Program Management Intern

Job Overview

The Program Management Intern will support the program team in coordinating and managing the organization’s programs/projects. One will work to develop program goals and objectives, identify program participants, and monitor its outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social impact, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Assist in the development of program/project goals and objectives
• Conduct research to identify potential program/project participants
• Help prepare program/project materials, such as presentations, proposals, and reports
• Attend meetings and assist in the coordination of program activities
• Monitor program/project outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date program records
• Perform other duties as assigned by the designated supervisor.

Good to have

• Able to type in both Nepali and English language

Stipend Offered / Future Possibility

• 15,000 for entire internship duration + lunch + travel allowance
• Future job opportunity at the conclusion of the internship period based on performance.
