Babal Challenge is a program jointly organized by Tyro Soft Pvt Ltd and Jobs Sniper (P) Ltd.

Key Highlights for Babal Challenge

NPR. 1,500 per person: Entry fee for the entire program.

5 days workshop (4 hours per day) on

  • Technovation – Leveraging technology to innovate solutions.
  • Communication – The most compelling ways to empathize with your customers.
  • Business development – Developing products that the market needs.
  • Customer segmentation – Identifying the right customers for your business.
  • Product development – Building a business that has a viable revenue model.

It’ll follow with a presentation from which 5 teams are selected and rewarded to get started.

Selected 5 teams get NPR. 5,000 as kickstart fund.

21 days challenge starts with teams attempting to double their kickstart fund.

Check-in meetings every 5 days. 

The team performing the best will be rewarded NPR. 20,000 as cash prize along with other in-kind prizes.

Babal Challenge is an innovation and idea generation challenge organized by Tyrosoft to promote business development and entrepreneurship among the recent +2 / A-level exam appeared young students. The participants will come up with their unique idea to generate profit. The entire program is for one month with mentorship sessions and a challenge period.

The program is focused for recent +2 / A-level exam appeared students who are able to commit full-time during the entire program. The participants must be able to attend sessions, meetings, and events physically whenever necessary.

The program will be organized by Tyro Soft and Jobs Sniper, and the sessions will be taken by experienced facilitators who will empower you and will provide you with the tools to turn your questions into answers.

No, you must have recently completed +2 and must be able to commit full-time during the entire program.

Yes, you can apply if you meet all other criteria and you must be able to commit your full time during the entire program.

Yes, you can apply in a team of two to five members. The challenge will be conducted in teams. So, it could be beneficial if you already have a team.

Yes. You can apply if you already own a business.

Yes. You can apply. We are looking for inspired youths who want to get started with their entrepreneurial journey.

Yes, the entry fee for the program is NPR 1500.

You will get sessions on different topics from our experienced facilitators and you will be able to generate ideas for a startup. After that, if your idea is selected, you will be given NPR 5000 as a kickstart fund to work on your idea for 21 days and multiply it as much as you can.

No. You can still apply if you are employed and meet all the other conditions.

The kickstart fund can only be used to test and implement your ideas based on the milestones you create for the 21 days of mentorship.

Yes. We will guide you in making a business plan, developing your business model, and helping you with other aspects of business.

If you are selected for the challenge phase, you will have 21 days to further work on your ideas, and generate profit. You will have to attend progress update meetings every 5 days. Regular monitoring and mentoring will be given from our side whenever needed.

You can get further mentorship support if you want to scale and grow your business idea.
