Entry-Level Web Hosting Technical Support (Babal.Host) [7AM to 3PM]

You will be handling live chats and, on some occasions, tickets. You will be working shifts (but no overnights).

Major Job Descriptions:

• Customer Interaction, handling on-demand live chats and support tickets requests based on assigned level, providing top-notch support to our valued customers
• Problem Solving using your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues, making a real difference in our customers’ experiences
• Regular monitoring and pre-empt actions to ensure smoother functioning of the overall structure
• Regular periodic updates as assigned by the team lead

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – we are looking for enthusiastic learners!
• Basic understanding of web hosting concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to expand technical knowledge and skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about making a positive impact in the industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with at least 45 WPM for typing speed (word per minute)
• Interest in web hosting and website development
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously
• Effective team player
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances

You will be working as Web Hosting support team – coordinating with to complete the task together while supporting one another.

This is an internship position with the potential to full time placement after the conclusion of 90 working days.

Stipend would be provided at 12,000 – 15,000 per month + communication allowance (on need basis) + lunch (when at office) for the internship duration during this period.
